4. As shown in the assembly drawing. Disassembly and assembly are troublesome. The maintenance cost is high.
5. The main parts such as cycloid gear, needle tooth pin, needle tooth sleeve, column pin and column pin sleeve are all made of GCrL5 bearing steel with good material. And some parts require high manufacturing accuracy. The manufacturing process is complicated.
6. The bearing force of the rotating arm shaft is large. And the rotation speed is slightly higher than that of the high-speed shaft. Therefore, the rotary arm bearing is the weak link of the reducer. The speed of the high-speed shaft and the power transmitted are limited. In general, the rotation speed of high-speed shaft Nh ≤ 1500 ~ 1800 rpm. At present, the maximum power has exceeded 100 kilowatts.
